About Our Services

Valley View Accounting provides bookkeeping services to small business owners using QuickBooks Online. Our services are offered on a monthly basis through clearly defined service plans, with optional add-on services available.

All services are provided by a US-based bookkeeping firm and are not outsourced.

Discovery Calls

Discovery calls are offered at no cost and are intended to determine whether our services are a good fit for your needs.

Booking a discovery call does not guarantee acceptance as a client. The $99 starter plan and other service plans are subject to eligibility based on business complexity and bookkeeping needs.

Service Plans & Pricing

Our pricing is based on the service plan selected and any applicable add-ons. Prices may vary depending on the number of accounts, transaction volume, cleanup needs, or additional services requested.

The $99/month starter plan is designed for businesses with simple bookkeeping needs and may not be a fit for every situation. We will review and confirm the appropriate plan before services begin.

All pricing will be communicated clearly prior to onboarding.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

Providing accurate and complete information

Granting access to QuickBooks Online and related accounts

Responding to reasonable requests for clarification or documentation

Maintaining required subscriptions to QuickBooks Online

Valley View Accounting is not responsible for errors resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. Monthly services are billed in advance unless otherwise stated.

Failure to submit payment may result in a pause or termination of services.

No Tax or Legal Advice

Valley View Accounting provides bookkeeping services only. We do not provide tax preparation, tax filing, or legal advice unless explicitly stated in a separate agreement.

We recommend working with a licensed tax professional or attorney for tax and legal matters.

Confidentiality

We respect client confidentiality and take reasonable steps to protect your information. However, we cannot guarantee security for information transmitted electronically.

Third-Party Services

We may use third-party platforms such as scheduling tools, email providers, and accounting software (including QuickBooks Online) to deliver our services. Use of these tools is subject to their respective terms and policies.

Termination of Services

Either party may terminate services in accordance with the terms outlined in the service agreement. Outstanding balances remain due upon termination.

Limitation of Liability

Valley View Accounting is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for services during the applicable service period.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
